Supply two letters of recommendation, at least one of which is from a faculty or staff member of the high school you attended. Supply an unofficial transcript.

Write a short essay (no more than a page) about yourself, telling us about your personal interests, what you plan to study and your need for financial assistance.

Return completed application, essay and letters of recommendation no later than April 1st to San Ramon Rotary Club:
